Springtime Avocado Matzah Dannon Yogurt Recipe

Springtime Avocado Matzah

Serves: 2
one serving=½ matzah


  • 1/2 Cup DANNON® plain lowfat or Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons finely minced chives
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 Teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 Matzah sheet
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 2 Radishes (any variety), sliced
    Flaky Sea Salt, Thyme Sprigs


  • Stir the Yogurt, Chives, 1 Tablespoon of the oil, and salt together in a bowl. Spread Yogurt mixture on the Matzah. Arrange avocado and radishes on top of the matzah in a decorative pattern. Drizzle with the remaining oil, flaky salt and thyme.
