Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt

Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
1
tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

cloves garlic, finely chopped

tsp. salt

tsp. pepper

lbs. chicken tenders (12 pieces)

cup shredded parmesan cheese
1
cup seasoned whole-wheat panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven 425°
Combine yogurt, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl
Add chicken tenders and stir to coat them with yogurt mixture
Combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl
Dip tenders into breadcrumb mixture, and place on a foiled lined or greased baking sheet
Bake 15-18 minutes or until cooked through
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
