Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ lbs. chicken tenders (12 pieces)
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned whole-wheat panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven 425°
- Combine yogurt, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl
- Add chicken tenders and stir to coat them with yogurt mixture
- Combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl
- Dip tenders into breadcrumb mixture, and place on a foiled lined or greased baking sheet
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until cooked through
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
