Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  2. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  4. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  5. ½ tsp. salt
  6. 1/8 tsp. pepper
  7. 1 ½ lbs. chicken tenders (12 pieces)
  8. 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  9. 1 cup seasoned whole-wheat panko bread crumbs


Directions

  1. Preheat oven 425°
  2. Combine yogurt, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl
  3. Add chicken tenders and stir to coat them with yogurt mixture
  4. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl
  5. Dip tenders into breadcrumb mixture, and place on a foiled lined or greased baking sheet
  6. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cooked through
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
