Honey Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  2. ¼ cup nonfat milk
  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1 Tbsp. honey
  5. 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  6. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 2 tsp. baking powder
  8. 1 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Combine yogurt, milk, egg, honey and butter in medium bowl
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate medium bowl
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined
  5. Place 1/3 cup batter into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions
