Ingredients
- 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- ¼ cup nonfat milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron
- Combine yogurt, milk, egg, honey and butter in medium bowl
- Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate medium bowl
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined
- Place 1/3 cup batter into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions
