- 1 large apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- Optional: ground cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, wheat germ or chia seeds may be mixed into the yogurt.
- In each glass, layer the following: 3 tablespoons yogurt, ¼ cup bran flakes and ¼ cup apples.
- Top each parfait with 1 more tablespoon yogurt.
- Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon if desired.
- 1 more tablespoon of* yogurt.
