The Dannon Company, Inc., announced the appointment of Theo E.
Razzouk to Chief Financial Officer. Theo will be responsible for strategic
financial counsel and direction for the company's U.S. operations.
Just prior to joining Dannon, Theo was Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Guinness Bass Import Company, where he led the finance department
for Diageo's $800 million beer/flavored malt beverage business in North
America. Prior to his role as CFO, he served as Director of Business Planning
with responsibilities for strategic planning and decision support to the
marketing, sales and operation functions.
Theo began his career in investment banking as a corporate finance analyst at
Goldman Sachs. From there, he moved to Kraft Foods where he spent ten years
managing various operations with the finance department for both retail and the
foodservice business at Maxwell House.
Theo has his BS in business administration and finance from East Carolina
University and received his MBA in finance/international business from the
University of South Carolina - Columbia.
