Mini Apple Yogurt Parfait

Tandoori Chicken


1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 large apple, cored and diced
1 cup bran flakes


ground cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, wheat germ or chia seeds may be mixed into the yogurt


In each glass, layer the following:
3 Tbsp. yogurt, ¼ cup bran flakes and
¼ cup apples. Top each parfait with
1 Tbsp. of yogurt. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.
